Shipping, returns and care
How much is shipping?
A flat $9 anywhere in the US, and free on orders over $100. We ship within 3 business days.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose "Pick up from us" at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready. The studio is open Saturdays 10–4 and Sundays 11–3.
Something arrived broken. What do I do?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days if it's unused and in its original box. Email us and we'll send you the details.
How do I care for my pieces?
Everything is dishwasher and microwave safe unless the description says otherwise. Avoid sudden temperature changes, like a cold mug into a hot oven.
Do you ship outside the US?
